As a Member of the National Institute of Medical Herbalists, my training has involved the study of the medical sciences, diagnostic skills and modern pharmacy in addition to the therapeutic use of medicinal plants and nutrition.

I am passionate about introducing others, of all ages, to a life of natural health and the fabulous world of herbs and herbal medicine. I regularly give talks and run workshops for both children and adults and my local herb walks are an enjoyable way to become more familiar with the medicinal plants all around us.
