This course is designed to not only help you experience the everyday benefits of meditation - more calm & clarity, feeling more centred and connected to yourself - but also how to implement this successfully into your everyday life so that you really feel the difference and actually want to do it everyday! The technique I share is based on traditional Yogic meditation, using a tried and tested teaching mantra of Paramahansa Yogananda, suitable for all faiths and beliefs, and one that works beautifully to help connect with the breath, as well as your inner calm. Each session is via Zoom and includes a 20 minute meditation and a maximum of 8 new students per course to provide a great learning environment. On completion of the course, students are invited to join my weekly Monday evening meditation group to support their practice. 1:1s also available. To book your place, message me on 07775920079.
